Where are the accessories made?
We live, dream and work in Italy. Each accessory is Made in Italy and handmade in our workshops, which can be visited by our customers by appointment.
Each accessory is created immediately after the sale to ensure customization and eliminate any waste; thanks to this we can offer customizations available on request for each order.
Are your accessories handmade?
Each of our accessories is created from scratch in our workshops in Italy and is handmade.
For this reason we offer some exclusive possibilities to customize each accessory in such a way as to make it unique and inimitable.
How can I personalize my accessories?
Mespecta Italia handcrafted leather goods are mostly produced on the basis of customization requests.
You can choose the initials to be engraved. You can also make special requests for a specific color for the products you want.
In the case of a customized color not present in our warehouse, an additional cost will be expected.

Do you only use genuine leather?
We only and exclusively use genuine python, crocodile and alligator leather.
Each order contains a certificate attesting the authenticity of the leather used in the production.
Where does the leather come from?
Over 95% of the leathers processed come from Italian tanneries and the remainder from Parisian tanneries.
This is why Mespecta exotic accessories are the only ones that can be considered authentic Made in Italy.
Are the hides certified?
All our leathers are CITES certified and contribute to the preservation of exotic species and the protection of their natural habitats, as regulated trade discourages hunting and indiscriminate poaching.
Do you use authentic Python and Crocodile leather or also printed and embossed?
Only authentic exotic leather, python, crocodile and alligator. We want to give the maximum quality and beauty, which is possible only with raw materials of indisputable value.
The embossed leather used by other brands is leather embossed with stamps to mimic authentic python or crocodile skins and of an incredibly lower value.
Everyone makes their own choices, we choose value and the highest possible quality.

Shipping and delivery times
What are the delivery times?
For a more sustainable, less wasteful and more exclusive production, we produce most of the products after the sale, especially the customized ones.
Immediately after order confirmation, 4 or 5 working days are required for production, to which must be added 48 hours for delivery. Basically in 7 days you will receive your product.
Customization requests may take an extra business day.
How can I track my shipment?
Immediately after the shipment of the package we will send a tracking code via email in order to monitor your order.
Is it possible to request express shipping?

I have entered an incorrect delivery address. Can I change it?

Warranty and support
Is my purchase covered under warranty?
If for any reason our products do not satisfy your purchase or do not reflect the descriptions on our site, we guarantee the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receiving the purchased product and to obtain a full refund ( initial shipping costs included ). .
The costs for the return will be borne by the customer who must ensure that the goods are returned in perfect condition, for this reason we invite you to reuse the package with which the goods were sent to you, which, if intact, guarantees optimal protection during the shipment. Returns are not permitted on products with engraved initials as they are a custom-designed product for the customer.
How can I request a refund?

We will immediately send a return form by email, which you can print, fill in and insert in the package with which to return the goods.
