Terms and conditions of the service

GENERAL
These general conditions apply to all orders placed by consumers with MESPECTA. By placing an order, you enter into an agreement with MESPECTA and you accept these terms and conditions. Please read carefully before placing an order. We may change the terms and conditions from time to time. Any changes made after you have placed an order will not affect that order unless we are required to make the change by law. SECURE PAYMENT
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, American Express, Discover, Paypal and Apple Pay.
Payment is charged at the time of the order.
No credit card fees are charged by us. Please note that it is not possible for us to charge more than you approved.
The order will be shipped once payment is received.
SHIPPING/DELIVERY
We normally ship orders within 24 hours (Monday to Friday excluding holidays) of receiving payment. Orders in Europe have a delivery time of approximately 2-5 days. Once your order has been placed and payment has been received, orders are normally dispatched within 24 hours, unless otherwise stated. Delivery times are indicative and are therefore not guaranteed.
We are committed to keeping the webshop stock updated.
However, in the event that a product is no longer available, we will contact the consumer as soon as possible and the purchase price will be refunded as soon as possible.
In the event that a package cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address (incorrectly provided by the customer) or in the event that the package is not collected by the customer at the pick-up location, after failed home delivery attempts, the costs for return to the sender the recipient will be charged.
If you decide to cancel your order, the costs incurred for the first shipment and any credit card charges will be deducted from the return payment.
The order will be shipped once payment is received.
MADE
Consumers have the right to return their purchase without giving any reason within a period of 14 calendar days, starting from the day of delivery of the goods. During the Christmas holidays, the purchased goods can be returned by January 31st.
You can exchange or return the goods by sending an email on the domain: info@mespecta.com informing us of your intention to return the goods. It must be kindly indicated:
- the order number
- your name and address
- the intention to exchange the goods or return them
- the reason for the return or exchange
MESPECTA will respond to your email within 24-48 hours.
You can follow all further return conditions and instructions provided by MESPECTA . For products at a discounted price in the SALE section, it is not possible to make returns or exchanges.
Goods must be undamaged, unwashed and unused, with all tags intact. In the event of damage or traces of use, we are entitled to deduct any amount equal to the value of the damage from the refund.
In the return request, the consumer is responsible for the shipping costs of the goods he wishes to return. If you decide to receive a replacement item, delivery will be made free of charge for shipments of goods in exchange for a total exceeding €50 (only for Italy and San Marino), otherwise the shipping costs remain the responsibility of the consumer.
In the case of international returns, any import charges or administration (customs) fees that may be charged for the importation of returned goods, will be deducted from the return payment.
If the return instructions are followed carefully, MESPECTA will reimburse the consumer for the items returned within 7 days of receiving the returns.
In the event that free shipping applies to your order, and the total order amount after returns will be less than the minimum order amount eligible for free shipping, shipping costs will be deducted from your return payment.
NB: For products at a discounted price, in the SALE section, it is not possible to make returns or exchanges, and it is not possible to use coupons or discount vouchers.
REQUESTS, COMPLAINTS AND WARRANTIES
If you have any questions or complaints regarding any of our products or procedures, please let us know via email: info@mespecta.com .
You will receive a response within 1-2 business days.
Defects and complaints must be reported as soon as possible after delivery of the order (within 5 calendar days) via info@mespecta.com and, if possible, providing us with pictures of the defect.
The item will be replaced or refunded upon return.

This privacy policy sets out how MESPECTA will store and use your information. This applies to the entire website.
